From "your gallery is ready" to payment reminders: every client-facing email is editable per photographer – subject and body, in informal and formal versions.

The default texts are ready to use and politely worded. If you want a more personal touch, simply adjust subject and body in the editor – for each email individually.
Placeholders like {{name}}, {{gallery}} or {{studio}} keep the emails personal even though they are sent automatically. A button target (e.g. the gallery link) is set automatically.
Informal and formal are separate slots: informal for wedding couples, formal for business clients – same template, two tones. If something does not fit, one click restores the default.
The sender name is your studio, replies go to your contact address, and the layout carries your logo and color – so the emails feel like they come from you, not from a tool.
